1. Mix paprika, pepper, and salt in small bowl and sprinkle evenly over either side of hen.
2. Coat massive nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Warmth over medium-high warmth; add hen and prepare dinner 3 to 4 minutes on both sides or till not pink in middle. Put aside on serving platter. Sprinkle with almonds and canopy to maintain heat.
3. Add water, lemon juice, margarine, and Worcestershire sauce to skillet. Stir till pan’s sauces are diminished to 1/4 cup, scraping backside and facet of skillet. Take away from warmth, stir in lemon peel, and spoon evenly over hen.
Tip: To pound hen, place between 2 items of plastic wrap. Beginning within the middle, pound hen with a meat mallet to achieve an excellent thickness.
