Punchy and zingy Prawn and Avocado Salad. This salad is full of cooked and peeled prawns, pasta, and avocado, all coated in a scrumptious recent lime and dill mayonnaise dressing. Add dried chilli flakes for some added warmth. Serve with an enormous inexperienced facet salad and extra sliced avocado for a well-paired and filling lunch.
In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, lime juice, chilli flakes and chopped recent dill collectively
Add the cooked, cooled pasta, diced avocado and prawns, and stir to coat
Add extra mayonnaise if essential, then season to style
